Kid Friendly Gluten Free Vegan Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

This recipe is delicious, not very time consuming, and uses simple ingredients.

MIX

  • 3 Very Ripe Mashed Bananas

  • ¾ cup Maple Syrup

  • ½ cup Melted Coconut Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

BLEND

  • 1 cup GF Flour

  • 1 cup GF Rolled Oats

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Mix dry and wet ingredients together, add dark chocolate chips, and grease pan with coconut oil/ vegan butter. Bake 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
